Very good gesture drawing job. Her body language supports the dark feeling of the picture. Her expression on the other hand could be a little more clear, more explicit; She's gritting her teeth, but why? Annoyance? Fear? Anger? Sadness? Part of this is because the eyes and eyebrows aren't visible, and they're the most expressive part of the face. But the mouth can be damn expressive, too (which often goes under the racks in the manga community, because of the common BIG EYES), and I'd suggest you try out more extreme mouth expressions; vary the position of the corner of the mouth, try out biting or pursing lips, even folds around the mouth. It's just a small thing but it can have great impact.
What else? The hands are a little bit, just a tick, too small. But apart from that they're drawn very well! You also did a very, very good job with the shading and lighting, I especially love the folds on the cloth on her face.
